I send email to get an appointment for a certain date and they were not available in May. They did not offer any available date by themselves and when I asked another date in May or if there have any available date in June, I did not get any response back. My plan was to get extension, colouring, styling and highlights. So probably close to 10.000 SEK treatment. I guess they are not interested in making business despite I wrote what I am planning to do. I perceived it very strange attitude and not professional customer service.

I had some issues with my tape in extensions and they took me as a walk in and were very generous with the amount charged. I was super happy with my experience. The lady who helped me was super nice and genuinely wanted to have a conversation which was nice for me. All around good experience for a Canadian that doesn't have a salon here! Many thanks !
