I requested a green card in the beginning of March, asking for a quick response because I was going abroad. And...nothing. Calls, e-mails...I was told 3 times that the green card has been sent. Even the owner of the apartment called the hotline and asked for putting his name on the envelope. And he was told the same - letter has been sent. And guess what? Still nothing. Btw, there was no problem with delivery of an offer for the first 6 months. And there was no problem with delivery of an offer for the next 6 months. So it is not a problem with delivery. It is a problem with sending !So I dont recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is just rubbish.
