Precis som de tidigare internatonella recensionerna kan jag intyga personalen r otrevliga och dessutom vldigt okunniga i Apotekets affrssystem. Hade noll koll p hur upphmtning funkade vilket resulterade i att de hade slt en specifik vara jag skulle ha och behvde drfr g till ett annat apotek. De tv som arbetade dr kunde dessutom inte s jttebra svenska s blev svrt att frklara vad jag hade gjort (bestllt/bokat produkter).

The casher was really unfriendly to foreign customers. I bought something and I paid by my credit card it worked but the clerk said they didn't receive the money. However I have signed on the bill. Since they asserted they didn't recive the money, I could only pay by another card again. The next day I checked y account it did cost twice of the money. As a a result I called for the customer service. It took a lot of time waiting until they said they WILL pay the money back to my account. However it has already been two weeks that I have not received my money back. I strongly recommend you guys not to go to this shop if you are not Swedish.(since they don't speak English well as other Swedish people do.). Don't you feel guilty to take extra money from customers ?
Today I come here to buy a cream for hands when I enter I said hello and she looked me like a say something stupid and then I saw a guy and I asked him to help me he say wait a minute and I was waiting ,they started talk and I feel bad as a customer As my experience:- eyes contact is very important and how you say welcome to the costumers
