You dont get what you pay for. Its small, hard to figure out, and its not a spa - closer to a gym with a small swimming pool. You can hear people swimming from the silent room, the gym equipment is dated, and concept is just random. Was also surprised to see a female staff just walk in the male changing room. The staff in general was friendly though. Wouldnt recommend going just to relax.
I was a member at Sturebadet for just over a year and loved everything about it. Gym is clean and its never busy. Classes and instructors are great. The spa offers an amazing and relaxing experience. Changing rooms are nice and clean and offer great products such as lotions, schampoo, hair spray etc. Service is impeccable whenever you need something or have a question. Highly recommend a membership or simply a spa day.
The spa is ok, have been to many better. The 1200 lunch spa day is definitely over priced. Salad buffet lunch. Expected more.
It's ok. Massages were excellent. Rest of it was mediocre. Random decor like a school hall with tiny offset rooms for a small jacuzzi and a 'quiet' room with chairs.Pool was mostly filled with a pensioners swim aerobics class all Sunday morning to the tune of light rock.One word to sum up value for money... Meh!
Great gym and decent spa for your everyday wellbeing. The best thing though is that its pretty expensive so that deters the masses from getting a membership.
