A very functional station for all visitors. There are paid public toilet and luggage storages. Direction signs are very clear over head and on the floor. There are even 3-6 help staff all day in the station to guide travellers. There are also a medium size COOP and small ICA.
Not the grandest train station in the world but it simply gets 5 stars just for the amount of people that are there to give you information if you need it. You can't miss them in their highlighter yellow vests on. Very helpful, great idea Stockholm.
Generally quite busy and crowded, station is well maintained and atmosphere is very good. You can get every option to eat and rest and near by there are many shopping outlets and weekends are actively engaged mostly. And people are so friendly to help if you think you are lost in the middle. Free maps and time keeper for bus routes are also available in stands, that should be very much sufficient information.
Many shops, convenient and clean across the street to Radisson Waterfront Blu Hotel next to the river.
The Tunnelbana is awesome! I wish Los Angeles metro system was this efficient and expansive.
