NEVER USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! Don't ever book a cancellable ticket here. Their booking system isn't intuitive on purpose. If you're naive and have never booked such a ticket before, you will end up losing all your money! There are a BUNCH of conditions on these things and they are all conveniently hidden. I ended up losing all my money. You're better off booking with the airline directly! Spend some more and have some peace of mind!
worst company EVER!!! Tried to make a booking, the website didn't work, no one at customer services got back to me, despite numerous emails. Next day I spent 1,5h trying to get them on the phone, nothing. Horrific service.
My second review (5 star): I needed to buy tickets again and RCG was the cheapest (again). Last time the experience wasn't exactly great but then the second cheapest option wasn't that good either. So I decided to give it another try. This time I decided not to try to save $ by doing bank transfer but paying with a credit card just in case......Paid the ticket and literally 2 minutes later RCG sent me my e-tickets and SAS's PNR. I went straight into SAS's page and retrieved my reservation and everything was there. I don't know if RCG has better connection with SAS but this time I'm really happy with the purchase.A reviewer said that the 6 number confirmation code worked for tripcase but unfortunately it's not the case. Anyway, if you have booked something through RCG and you haven't received anything after 48 hours, contact the airline.My first review (1 star):Booked tickets 4 days ago and got no ticket (usually e-ticket comes in 24 hours), wrote to them and got a reply saying they will get back ASAP. I saw the reviews and got really worried. I called United (thanks to other posters dropped a hint about calling the airline) and they were able to locate my reservation and retrieve the tickets (I think their booking platform is too automated for them to easily take the $ and go).So my advice - if you have a pending reservation, call your airline for help. They can locate your reservation - grab the confirmation code and keep track of the reservation yourself.
This company is one of the worst ever!!! My sincere advice: do not deal with this company!! They should be penalized for their performance! I do call all victims who dealt with this company to submit a complaint against them as I did!
Boka inte via RCG. Mitt flyg blev instllt och jag har efter tre mnader inte ftt pengarna tillbaka. Var tvungen att kpa en ny biljett via annat bolag.
