Bought a writing desk and chairs. When I receive the desk, I immediately found a small defect on the surface of the desk. The person takes care of delivery took a picture on spot and told me will report back immediately. As he requested, I also contacted the store to ask for a replacement of that piece of board. The person on phone told me they need to get approval from Denmark side to get me an exchange. I havent heard anything back from them 1 week after delivery, a bit disappointed about the customer service speed and the quality control.Update: Got a phone call from BoConcept after my last review, the lady on phone explained there was some miscommunication between delivery person and store and caused delay in their response time. She promised they will contact me again for exchange.Update 2: Got an email the day after, got a estimated delivery date. Happy with the update.
