While they were not very helpful by email, I must admit they were very friendly on the phone. The delivery was a little late, but only a couple of days, and probably due to the festive season. We have yet to see the quality, but so far - satisfied.

Det hr fretaget lgger p avgifter som inte finns i villkoren och har otroligt dlig och otrevlig kundservice. De har flera anmlningar p sig hos bde Konsumentombudsmannen och Allmnna reklamationsnmnden (ARN). Jag har en pgende konflikt med dem. I deras villkor skriver de att de fljer ANRs rekommendationer men i en mejlkonversation skriver de att om ARN beslutar mot dem kommer de g vidare till inkasso. Bara ett exempel p deras lgner. Var frsiktig helt enkelt. Det funkar skert s lnge inget gr snett men nr ngot gr snett r det hr ett fretag som beter sig vldigt svinaktigt.Uppdatering sept 2018: Jag fick rtt i ARN och har sedan dess inte hrt ett ord frn Sleepo. De har andra sidan heller inte krvt att jag ska betala s det verkar just nu som att det kanske r ver.
Completely terrible customer service. We ordered a bed online, they took our money and it has never been delivered. Wondering how we can avoid filing a complaint with our bank as the refuse to help us or give us a refund.
The worst Swedish Online Retailer! I ordered a few large decor items from them and one was damaged. I emailed with pictures and they email back negotiating a discount for me to keep it -- the discount wasn't nearly enough, so I let them know. No response. I email again. Nothing. I believe they're stalling to reply so I wouldn't make the return in time!!! I ended up returning the damaged item using a return address sticker from previous order. I've emailed - numerous times - nothing. I call them, they ask for my receipt and still NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They shouldn't be in business!!!!
