Only thing they care about is money, not the customers. They canceled my booking without any explanations and then raised the price. And just ignored my questions.
Good hotel, nice friendly staff, clean rooms, free tea and sandwiches any time from 7 to 22. Though I was surprised by shared bathrooms, with no division on men and women, they were pretty clean and comfortable. Be aware, though, that it's really noisy in early morning, as trucks are moving through the street.
Value for money is great, i booked a room with double bed and got upgraded to a room for 5 people, and had our own bathroom and toilet while it was supposed to be shared.Location is great in the middle of the old city, rooms are cleans, furnitures looked recent and bed really comfortable.The only bad note i can say is about the staff and the check in, we had a bad welcome experience as staff were a little bit rude and not helpful.
Great place to stay! In the heart of the old town, so close to everything. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the place was quiet, clean and pleasant. Food at front was great and well priced. Cannot say enough good things about the location, staff, and quality of the service and place. Highly Recommend it.
I had a great experience here. The service is good. Reception is very helpful, specifically Tom. Tack! We got upgraded to a very spacey room with a clean bathroom and comfy bed. Since most of Gamla Stan isnt open until 8 or 9, the reception has small food and coffee for very low prices. My only complaint is that there is no overnight parking on Gamla Stan but thats not the hotels fault. Ps parking is super expensive in this area.
