I've stayed in a few RB's in the past, this was the best. We got a business class room on the 15'th floor with a breathtaking view to the old city and river. The entire experience felt well crafted and luxurious.The grand central station is right outside the hotel, and the old city is a 10 minute walk from there. Service was welcoming. Will come back again.
Customer service is great... Dinging a star because of the room. The "executive room" seems fancy... But it's just a fancy name. The shower seemed like it was half built, as there was no enclosing door around the area where it's needed the most. Which made me wonder if maybe people just show differently in Sweden . Room in general is pretty small. Aside from that the view was cool. And friendly staff.
Hotel in an excellent location. The journey from airport to hotel was quick and easy. Rooms clean and nice size. Twin beds for a couple not idea but it was good sleeping apart for a change :). My bed was super soft which I did not enjoy and I hardly slept the three nights. Bathroom nice size with heated floor and clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! The food was of very high quality and there was a lot of choice. I tried something different each day and was not disappointed. The salmon was by far the star of the show for me. My mouth waters just thinking about it. Ill miss you salmon :( Id highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure.
Fantastic location. Rooms are clean and comfortable, well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant has excellent food at very reasonable pricing. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Having stayed here twice, I highly recommend it.
This is a reasonable hotel near the central station in Stockholm and 20 mins by train from the airport. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, perfect for either a stopover or a visit to the city. Logistically, quite a good location as it's two minutes walk from the central station, so very efficient for those traveling or on business. They also offer an excellent breakfast with a reasonable price; I definitely recommend this hotel.
