We had booked a two person room but didn't get two key cards. The receptionist did try to make me one but it didn't work. She also seemed worriless even thought we had something to worry about. We had to dig every information of her.The room was good compared to the money we used to book it but the summer heatwaves turned the room into an oven. It was almost impossible to sleep here without air conditioning. When you add here the cheapest beds in sweden this was the worst hotel night ever.
Room was clean! But there was a very unpleasant odor! Overall maintenance poor. Service was great! Very friendly and helpful!
Rooms are little, but cozy, and you sleep very well since there is no windows, so great place for a good rest and very centric. Very good breakfast that is included.
