Very nice swedish restaurant in the old town in Stockholm. Wide ranging menu featuring staples like meatballs as well as some more modern swedish menu options. Very nice atmosphere and service is great. Would recommend booking.
Great meatballs and herring. We had to wait a while to be attended to, but once we were the service was good.
A really beautiful old building still serving delicious foods. We only stopped in for dessert and a drink, and had some incredible cake and maybe the best truffle I've ever had with sweet wine. Their menu didn't seem to have much in the way of vegetarian fare (like most of Sweden), and the service is also traditionally Swedish (cold, but helpful).
Good food and experience, nice atmosphere . Unfortunately I felt the staff were under pressure to encourage you to spend more. I was offered schnapps to accompany a starter. The menu priced them at 260sek per cl. I did not realise that each serving is 2cl, so ended up paying double for each of the schnapps. I now understand that alcohol is priced by the cl in Sweden but just thought the waiter could have explained it at the time .
Food was good, service as well. However they wanted to send us away even though there were free spots (for the whole evening). Seemed like they only want customers who look like they spend a lot.
