One of the best restaurant I ever been. Every plate was amazing, the taste combination well thought and the transportation of each dish was working. Swedish inspired.Service was helpful and friendly.My only regret was picking the 4 courses menu, only because I wish I was able to taste the 2 others dishes.Fantastic cuisine, worth a second Michelin star IMHO.
One star in the Guide Michelin and it truly earns up to that. As with all food, it's a matter of personal taste. For me, all of the seven courses except for the last dessert (grilled strawberries) definitely lived up to that promise. Excellent quality, fantastic taste, nice Scandinavian environment and outstanding service.On top of that, the wines are perfectly matched to each course. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for.
