I enjoyed staying here. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. I thought the bathrooms in the rooms were a bit strange and the dorm beds are very awkward. Since the windows don't open very much, it can get very hot at night in the room.Recommend a private room when staying here which is how I would stay if I returned. The second floor space needs a bit more personality to make it a good place to hang out, but I love the first floor near reception.
Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Location was good but not perfect. It is located very close to Central Station and Arlanda Express terminal which makes it easily accessible but plan a 20-30 minutes walk to most tourists attractions.Rooms were quiet. It is a 8 stories building (the higher the quieter). During my stay, the other guests were very quiet and respectful. On the downsides, there is no kitchen and outside food is not allowed. They have a restaurant on the first floor. Although the food is reasonably priced, you might want to take that into consideration.
Very nice place to stay in, even when 6 in the room. I was lucky enough no one was snoring! The bed are very comfy, the shower is in the room itself so very convenient. You have space to put your bags under the bed if needed, sheets are clean and smell nice. Huge place but you don't hear any noise which is a big plus!
During the stay is very nice and staff are very helpful with friendly. The dorm is awesome and feeling comfortable, but if you need hot water to drink have to get to the bar to ask for it.Also the hair dryer need to borrow from the front desk.I really recommend this hotel compare with Denmark's one
Fine, but austere. The service I received was at all times adequate but not exemplary (at one point I needed assistance with something in Swedish and none of the three staff at the reception desk understood any Swedish. In the capital city of Sweden.). I paid for laundry service, but two of the three dryers were out of service, so I ended up having to hang-dry everything in my room because the one remaining dryer was in perpetual use during the last 48hrs of my stay. The portions of food from the restaurant are quite large, and fairly priced, but you can definitely find less expensive (and comparable) food within a short walk (and I should add that most of the breakfast items were sold out by about 10am on Saturday, so get downstairs early for weekend breakfast). Good location - within a 10min walk of Stockholm Central Station, restaurants, shopping. Clean facilities. Request a room above the 1st floor if you prefer a quieter sleep, because the first floor gets a fair bit of noise from the nightclub at ground-level. Bring your own towel & padlock (standard size).
