Small rooms considering the price, and really bad noise isolation from other rooms / the hallway.Seen better breakfast options at similar hotels here in Stockholm.There is no fridge in the rooms, and bad toiletries options (combined hair/body shampoo mounted to the wall, again seen better in most hotels).Not flexible at all if you need changes made to your booking (meetings moved/cancelled), most hotel chains have better policies.Personally going to stay at a different hotel going forward. (Our office recently moved some stuff nearby in the area, so frequently visiting the area).Not a good place for business travel, would have been 2-3/5 if it was for vacation purposes.
Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time at Motel L. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was very modern, warm and well decorated. The room was very clean and ergonomically designed. Also, there was a great variety of products and tastes for breakfast. Finally, the area of the hotel is very beautiful, family-friendly and provides easy access to public transport means. We totally recommend Motel L to Stockholm visitors, and we really hope to stay there again on our next trip to Sweden!
Wonderful front desk staff. Ludwig had a smile each time we entered the lobby. He is a terrific staff with great people skills. Rooms were on the small side compared to American standard however that is quickly forgotten when you climb in the bed. Beds are dreamy. Very convenient with the tram right ouside the hotel which gets you to all public transpotation. You can literally get anywhere in the city from here once you figure out the system.
Nice hotel. Clean, stylish and calm environment. Welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good for the price, lots of choice and well catered for if you are vegetarian like me. Note that the breakfast hours are very busy and crowded. Hotel has snacks available, and the Piper restaurant next door has very nice food.
Quality hotel at a reasonable cost. Well located for access to southern Stockholm area, but as tram stop right outside hitel you can soon reach anywhere on the excellent Stockholm transit systems. We have stayed in this hotel before and the rooms are very comfortable, optional breakfast of a high standard and staff very helpful. Supermarket close by and plenty of small cafes close if need them. We would use this hotel again.
