Very intimate little place. It is a fixed menu only and they will be inventive to accommodate any dietary restrictions on the fly. You can directly watch the preparation of the dishes. The chefs are extremely friendly and will introduce every dish with details about the ingredients.You will see classic Scandinavian ingredients from moss, mushroom, caviar and fish dishes... Definitely great for a special evening.
With an incredible set menu and wine to match we wanted it to be amazing. It was interesting, with unique takes on local flavors and finds, but gosh it was complex. Layers on layers on layers meant it was difficult to reveal unique flavors in each bite. A 4 hr journey you wont forget, but might not remember tasting.
Super cozy restaurant. You feel almost at home really. If you like watching food being prepared, try to get one of the 4 seats at the high table. Try to make reservations early. Food is great, but the wait in between servings can be long at times. Expect spend 2.5 - 3 hours here.
Warm and friendly atmosphere, well made Swedish food made with modern techniques and interesting combinations. The tasting menu was well enough to get full, but if you have extra space in your stomach (and wallet) I would recommend you to have the king crab which is perfectly prepared.
Amazing Michelin starred restaurant, the food is incredibly fresh, usually hunted by the chef. Every piece of the deer was used for the different dishes. Plan to spend 2-3 hours enjoying the abundant menu, extremely cosy and worth every minute of your time. Highly recommend the chef's table where you can meet and talk with Filip throughout the evening.
