An amazing experience, but maybe not for everyone. We sat at the Community Table (large group table) and this was the right choice. At the table, we were taken care by Hans (sommelier) and Jacob (chef and owner). They were super friendly. The food is creative and focused on using local produce. For the winter menu, this consists mainly of shellfish and preserved vegetables. Portions are small and you will have many of them (we had 19). Some were incredible, some others not to everyone taste. The idea is however to try different things. The wine pairings were matching the food nicely. Overall, our dinner was a wonderful experience and definitely worth to be repeated.

New Nordic cuisine focusing on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Pricey-especially with the wine pairing- but well worth the splurge.I sat at a communal table with other people which was great for me as a single diner. By the end of the 20 course meal, it felt like I was with old friends. Friendly, witty and knowledgeable wait staff served each course perfectly. The decor is clean, minimalist late 70s funky-chic. Chef came to the table and explained his relationship with local Swedish farmers and gave a tour of the kitchen for desert which was fabulous. Be sure to go to the WC.This dinner experience was probably the highlight of my 3 week trip to Scandinavia.

This is excellent. I'd recommend the community table because of the context that you get from the chefs. Definitely some of the best things I've ever put in my mouth.

Exquisite, do go for all courses, and have the handmade liquor. Dress code varies upon your own standards. Parking can be a chore due to hours of operation - that being said area is pretty safe.

Community table - good experience, interesting concept with no set menu. I like the idea of letting the available produce design the menu. The community table was also good, allowing you to meet and eat with different people, and learn about different peoples lives. I enjoyed it, the quality of the food was amazing, and the service was good!!
